Intelligent frequency-conversion constant pressure water-supply energy-saving control cabinet is mainly used where closed-loop is needed to regulate the pump rotary speed according to real-time water-consumption condition, like no-tower water supply for high-rise buildings, constant pressure water supply for fire protection deep-well pump. With adoption of built-in PI closed-loop regulation of the frequency converter and multi-pump control, the pipe network pressure is steady, water-supply quality is improved, the secondary pollution is reduced, the power-saving efficiency is high and the unattended no-tower water-supply automatic control system is carried out. It's a new equipment for high-efficient energy-saving constant pressure water-supply system, it adopts high-quality frequency converter and advanced constant pressure water-supply controller, and can regulate automatically the pump's rotary speed and multi-pump's start and stop according to the variation of the pipe network's instant pressure and flow. It has the function of supplying water by different time and different pressure with six sections of time control at most, which can be set by users. On the basis that the flow demands of users are satisfied, make the water-supply pressure always constant at the pre-set pressure value to finish the constant pressure water-supply. With multi-control modes, multi-signal interfaces, complete protection functions, reasonable design, reliable operation, and high energy-saving efficiency, compared to traditional tower type water-supply, frequency conversion constant pressure water-supply system can save construction fund and space, save electric power, avoid the secondary pollution, keep the water pressure constant, avoid breakage of the pipe network and resonance phenomenon of the boiled water taps, realize unattended operation, balance the pump's service life, and start the fire protection timely and quickly when the fire happens. It is an ideal product integrated with water-supply control and water-supply management. The normal pump, deep-well pump, sewage pump and resting pump can be configured flexibly to achieve the full automation of water-supply system. The system feedbacks the water pressure of the user's pipe network through the pressure sensor to the controller, and through the controller figures out the water pressure of the pipe network, so as to regulate the pump rotary speed to keep the pipe network pressure constant to adapt to the variation of water consumption. The system has the advantages of low cost, high energy-saving efficiency, constant water-supply pressure and low noise, etc, especially for its little secondary pollution water quality, it has become the replacer for water towers, water tanks, pressure tanks and other water-supply modes at present. |
