Frequency conversion energy-saving control cabinet of crane system, a speed control system developed on basis of present situation of hoisting equipments, mainly consists of frequency converter, braking circuit, handle rotary speed controller, pulse coder (optional) and serial hoister applications. It may adjust the output frequency of the frequency converter by handle rotary speed controller so as to control the rotary speed of the driving motor to replace the speed regulation driving system of the original series resistance of the crane. This device adopts pulse coder to detect the motor's actual speed and adjust the output frequency of the frequency converter according to the feedback value of the pulse coder so as to realize the motor's complete synchronous operation. To make each direction of the crane (especially the lifting and dropping directions) achieve higher accelerate characteristics, the device can be added with a braking circuit. And a great variety of performance norms of the crane with this device will be improved a lot: smooth system start, steady operation, accurate location, obviously reduced energy consumption, high protection performance, higher reliability and security, and low fault rate, etc. As the product of this series adopts a frequency converter and special-purpose serial hoister applications, full-torque output at zero speed and internal-integrated contracting brake logic control of the frequency converter are realized.
